Frequently Asked Questions

  • Please come with clean, dry hair, washed 24 – 48 hours prior to your appointment. Avoid heavy styling products, dry shampoos, or root concealers, as they can interfere with the lightening process.

  • For major color changes, color corrections, or first-time hair extensions, an in-person or virtual consultation is highly recommended to assess your hair’s health, discuss realistic expectations, and quote accurate timing and pricing.

  • Full transformations, balayage, or blonding appointments typically take between 3.5 to 5 hours depending on your hair length, density, and history. Haircuts and styling usually take 60–75 minutes.

  • We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedules. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee to respect our stylists’ scheduled time.

  • We exclusively use premium professional haircare and color lines, including L’Oréal Professionnel, Pureology, and MK Professional Treatment, ensuring maximum hair bond protection, long-lasting shine, and healthy color retention.

  • A 15% non-refundable deposit is required for major, time-intensive services such as Balayage, Blonding transformations, and Color Corrections. This amount will be applied toward your final service total.
